Paul R. Frost

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Paul Robert Frost on June 26th, 2024 at the age of 67. Paul was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend who touched the lives of many with his kindness, corny jokes and unwavering love. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Norma, his children Christopher (Danielle) Frost, Katelyn (Derek) Perren, and Dylan (Sarah) Frost, his Granddaughters Nora and Violet, and future Grandson expected October, 2024. He is predeceased by his parents Robert and Marilyn Frost, and brother Mark Frost. Paul lived a life full of purpose. He was a man of great conviction, faith, integrity and honesty who tried diligently to make the world a better place. As an avid Outdoorsman and Conservationist, Paul was a dedicated member of Pheasants Forever. In the professional world, he was a Master Plumber. During his career, Paul was well known as a subject matter expert in the plumbing community. He made it his mission to make the next generation of plumbers the best that they could be by writing and improving plumbing codes, proctoring exams, and teaching classes. Paul retired from his position as Plumbing Inspector for the City of Southfield after over 20 years of making a positive impact on the community he served. His deep commitment to his career and hobbies paled in comparison to his greatest pride and joy- His Family. One would often hear Paul say “Family Comes First.” He lived his vocation every day by showing up for his family, and was immensely proud to watch his children grow and succeed through good times and bad. In addition to his family, Paul was a loyal friend and a respected member of the community. If he could help in any way, he would. He had a unique ability to make everyone feel valued and important. His sense of humor and warmth were a source of joy to all who knew him. A Mass to celebrate Paul’s life will be held on Wednesday, July 10th at St. Margaret of Scotland-21201 E Thirteen Mile Rd, St Clair Shores, MI 48082. The family will be greeting guests at 10:00 am, with Mass beginning at 10:30 am. A luncheon will follow at 12:00pm, at Knights of Columbus, 25003 Little Mack Avenue, Saint Clair Shores, Mi 48080.
