Diane M. Buller

Diane Buller, of Clinton Township, passed away suddenly on August 26th, she was 67. She was surrounded by her loved ones when she passed. Diane was born on January 12, 1956 to Horst and Erika Buller in Windsor, Canada. With her parents being musicians she started playing trumpet at an early age, and with practice, she became an outstanding player. She played and toured with her parent’s band “The Melodias” for years. Everyone always said, including her father, how much of an amazing talent she was. Turns out, she was also an amazingly talented mother, loving sister and doting grandmother. Her two sons, Evan Hakim and Christian Buller were her pride and joy and she supported them more than anyone could ever imagine. Her boys were her world, well, until Christian had his daughter Adaline, her first grandchild, and that changed her. Being a grandmother does that. When Evan, a powerful musician himself, decided his love of music was growing, she pushed him to never stop with his dreams in music. She was at every show. Always there, proudly watching, and keeping time. She fostered Christian’s entrepreneurial lifestyle, pushing him to never stop his Pac-Pack backpack company he founded, or any business he would ever pursue. She was even a part of Christian’s business, always ready to hit the salesfloor running to get his backpacks out to the masses. She had her own signature dance move too, just ask Evan or Christian to show you. She loved her family, her sisters Monica Ianucci (Marcello) and Annette Buller and her nieces and nephew, Christina, Erika and Howie. Diane was extremely selfless, she would give the shirt off of her back, just to make someone happy and help them out. She was a professional hairstylist for over 40 years. No matter what she always had her nails done. But she wasn’t a girly girl, she loved being outdoors, especially in the summers in Michigan. She loved being up north, any chance she could take her two sons up there growing up she would. Diane loved to garden and loved her dog Joey. She was a great mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She loved her family so much and we loved her. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
