Suzanne Jo LaRowe Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Suzanne Jo LaRowe, age 75, of Port Huron, passed away on July 16, 2022, at McLaren Port Huron Hospital, with her family by her side. She was born on October 26, 1946, in St. Clair. Suzanne married Paul A. LaRowe, on July 11, 1974, in Port Huron, on the beach. Suzanne retired from the State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. She was a member and union steward of U.A.W. local 6000 and a member of Moose Lodge 158. Suzanne graduated with an associate degree from St. Clair County Community College after completing her continuing education. She loved her family, bowling, bingo and all things Las Vegas, especially Wayne Newton. Suzanne was a regular contributor to the United Way, Veterans Association and the local Sheriff's Department. Suzanne is survived by her husband, Paul A. LaRowe, children; Scott (Karn) Mallwitz, of Orlando, FL, Kathy (Jeff) Riedel, of Cookeville, TN, Ken (Jeremy) Mallwitz, of Chicago, IL, Ryan LaRowe, of Port Huron, MI, Jason LaRowe, of Port Huron, MI, grandchildren; Richie Itrich, Michael LaRowe, Matthew LaRowe (Jessica), Katrina Wilson (Charlie), Elizabeth (Justin) Young, Jeffrey (Kayla) Riedel, Isabelle Mallwitz, Jacob (Cassidy) LaRowe, Jayson LaRowe, Joseph LaRowe, Jaylee LaRowe and several great-grandchildren. Stepchildren; Paul (Denise) LaRowe, of Richmond, MI, Tricia Anspaugh, of Yale, MI, Paula (David) Besko, of Yale MI, several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, siblings; Larry (Lynn) Fenton, Barb Westphal and Glen (Patrice) Lottner, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 12:00pm at Jowett Funeral Home - 1634 Lapeer Avenue, Port Huron. Visiting hours will be 10:00am until start of service.
