Janet E. Ingles

November 16, 1939 - March 22, 2022

Janet E. Ingles, age 82, of Ira Township, passed away, unexpectedly, on March 22, 2022. She was born on November 16, 1939, in Detroit, to the late Jack and Marvel McEwen. She married Ronald O. Ingles. Janet graduated from Algonac High School in 1957 and went on to graduate with a teaching degree, from Eastern Michigan University. She retired after 30 years as a teacher in the Algonac Area School District. She enjoyed golfing, bowling and traveling. She loved spending time with family and friends. Janet is survived by her husband, Ronald O. Ingles, son, Dennis (Sherri) Tilly, stepchildren; Becky Foster, Jeff (Robin) Ingles, 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, along with sister-in-law, Nancy (Don) Morris.
