James L. Coburn

James L. Coburn, age 75, of Algonac, previously of Richmond, passed away on August 19, 2021. He was born on September 6, 1945, in Slayton, Minnesota, to the late Clare and Donna Coburn. James served honorably in the United States Navy. He enjoyed traveling the country with his wife of fifty - plus years, Jeanne, she preceded him in death on October 22, 2017. He was CB-radio enthusiast, enjoyed classic cars, going to car shows and enjoyed riding his motorcycle. James also enjoyed racing drag car. He is survived by his son, Curt (Cheryl) Coburn and Kristina (Tom) Hahn, along with many other family members. He was preceded in death by a son, Scott Coburn. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements in care of Jowett Funeral Home - New Haven.
