Danielle Grace Smith ‘Dani’ of Port Huron, Michigan passed away unexpectedly on May 29, 2021. Born January 21, 1993 in Lansing, Michigan to Frederick B. Smith III and Wannalee Johnson both of Port Huron, Michigan she was a beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister, and Friend and is loved and missed by all who knew her. She was twenty eight years old. Danielle was a 2011 graduate of Port Huron Northern High School in Port Huron, Michigan and was employed at HP Pelzer Automotive as a Production Operator. She loved spending time with her family and friends, was a motor cross bike enthusiast, and had hopes of completing school to be a psychiatrist. Danielle was funny, exciting, full of joy, and approached every day with positivity and an adventurous spirit. She was a devoted Mother who adored her five year old daughter and thrilled in her child’s every milestone and similar adventurous personality. She is survived by her parents; Frederick B. Smith III and Wannalee Johnson of Port Huron, Michigan, her daughter Chloee Thomas of Pinckney, Michigan, her brothers Bradford J. Smith of Port Huron, Michigan, David B. Smith of Woodville, Alabama, Jonathan A. Smith of Port Huron, Michigan, her sisters Jessica R. Calhoun Chattanooga, Tennessee, Autumn P. Smith (Amy) of Anchorage, Alaska, and Sarah A. Smith of Port Huron, Michigan, nephews Anthony Nelson of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and Lucian and Cleric Smith of Monroe County, Michigan, nieces Raven Calhoun of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Selene Smith of Monroe County, Michigan, and Jadyn R. Hill of Anchorage, Alaska, special lifelong friends Justin Thomas of Pinckney, Michigan, Erica K. Spencer of Oak Park, Michigan, Shaun Nelson of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Ken Washington of Port Huron, Michigan, Tawana “Lynn’ Chavez of Monroe County, Michigan, Robert Calhoun of Fort Orglethorpe, Georgia, Deena Garska of Fort Gratiot, Michigan, The Thomas Family of Pinckney, Michigan, and many extended Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins. She is proceeded in death by childhood friend Daine Michael Jones (2008). Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers; a trust account has been arranged for her daughter.
