Christin S. Anderson

Christin S. Anderson, age 37, of St. Clair Shores, passed away on April 17, 2020, unexpectedly. She was born on April 24, 1982, in Warren. Christin graduated from Lutheran High School North, in 2000. She was proud to be in the ROTC, in high school and to be in Girl Scout, in her youth. She attended college classes and learned massage therapy. She graduated from cosmetology college, as a nail technician, where she enjoyed doing artwork on nails. She has a big heart for the elderly, and loved care giving through the years, including many hours with Grandmother Mary (Meroslava). She enjoyed baking, cooking and home decorating and making crafts. Christin was always kind, always had encouraging words for others and was proud to be a Christian. She loved her family dearly and being with them, especially Grandma Meroslava. She was proud of her Swedish, Dutch, Polish and Ukrainian Heritage. She enjoyed painting, she liked humming birds and owls. Christin enjoyed vacations, especially when water or boating was involved. She enjoyed playing pool, four-wheeling and snowmobiling, attending auto cruises, air shows, especially The Blue Angels. Christin loved going on motorcycle rides with her fiancé’, Kevin and attending Christian Road Rally’s and events. She also loved being involved in volunteering in a variety of areas, especially feeding the homeless. She was especially proud of her niece and nephew. Christin loved her dogs, Samorah and Titan. She was a loving daughter, sister and aunt. She is survived by her parents, Douglas and Julie Anderson, sister, Kim (Patrick) Gollehur, nephew, Hunter Gollehur and niece, Madison Gollehur, fiancé’, Kevin (Chopper), Uncles, Steve and Kathy Anderson, and Ed Barrows, and cousins; Joe, Staci, Melissa and Joe. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Roy and Lois Anderson and Sigmund and Meroslava Barrows. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
